Introduction of antistatic masterbatch
Polymers are insulators under normal circumstances, and their surface resistance is usually above 10^12 Ω. Anti-static packaging materials require a surface resistance of 10^7-10^11Ω. This product is an additive high-efficiency antistatic masterbatch for PS ,PP polymer, It consists of a carrier, antistatic agent, and other additives. Adding antistatic masterber can avoid static electricity due to the insulating properties of the polymer itself, making it adaptable to the packaging requirements of semi-conductor ,chip or IC products and the production of special anti-static products. It has a good effect on dust-proofing the surface of the products. This product has good antistatic effect, long-lasting effect, good dispersibility, small addition amount, does not contain any toxic substances, and complies with RoHS standards.
Common antistatic masterbatch includes ABS antistatic masterbatch, PS antistatic masterbatch, PP antistatic masterbatch, PE antistatic masterbatch, PA antistatic masterbatch, etc. Among them, PS masterbatch is the most widely used one in ESD PS film and ESD PS sheet.
The antistatic masterbatch is mainly used in the fields of wire, film and sheet, etc. It can make the surface resistance value reach 10^8-10^Ω and has a good anti-static effect. During the product molding process, the antistatic masterbatch is dry blended to the pure resin. Mix well and process according to normal production process. Recommended dosage: 30~80%.
