Main Chemical Composition: Main structural unit polyetheretherketone poly(ether-ether-ketone) (referred to as PEEK). ESD PEEK CNT is composed of repeating units containing one ketone bond and two ether bonds in the main chain structure. It is a special polymer material compounded of polymer resin and special conductive materials such as carbon nanotubes.
Chemical & Physical Properties: Antistatic properties, stable resistance; extremely high stiffness and strength, extremely high operating temperature, extremely high temperature stability, radiation resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and unique high toughness and Fatigue strength. ESD PEEK CNT has high chemical stability, average notch impact toughness, and low acetone resistance. PEEK is self-extinguishing according to UL94 standards.
