Conductive PVC properties

INCHR provides conductive PVC compounds with hardness from 75 A to 60 D for esd protection. Carbon black grade ,carbon nanotube grade and carbon fiber grade are common materials in injection molding or extrusion.

SA 509C is modified by graphene and other carbon materials.It features outstanding performance with conductive , anti static property.The properties can be customized according to customer demand.

Conductive PVC features

Permanent stability of electrical performance,permanent anti static.

Flame retardant V-0,environmental protection ,low VOCs.
The end product of conductive PVC is smooth and non oil migrating.

Conductive PVC applications

The conductive PVC compounds are used as anti-static swing boxes, IC and LCD trays,dust bag,industrial conveying hose,high-voltage insulator wire binding conductive layer, etc.For the production and electric field of integrated circuits, chips, sensor sheaths and other precision electronic components in electronic products.
